This photo is part of my collection. It is a Valentine's Day party around 1910. The girls all have hearts on their dresses and some have them in their hair. There are hearts hanging from the ceiling and streamers. It's so cool! I Love antique photographs!

~*~What a pretty little Bear~*~

I love to make these bears! They are just so pretty and girly. They are perfect with Shabby chic decor. :) This new bear is on eBay now...she is 10" tall and her name is "Madame Marie". Her dress is a robin's egg blue color with pink cabbage roses (LOVE!) and a fun, festive matching hat. I made her a vintage tag using a dye cut image of a young, Victorian girl.

Madame Marie is listed in a 5 day auction which will end on Sat, Feb 18th. There is also a Buy It Now option.

~*~new for February on TDIPT mercantile~*~

It's been super busy here in the studio lately...lots of new things going on. :))) I've got several new pieces available for this months update.

First up are 2 new paper clay pieces, Patriotic Panda and Americana Kitty. They are made from a combination of old and new wooden blocks. I've made the heads entirely from paper clay. They are hand sculpted, no molds were used. They were then painted and distressed. I love the way they turned out.

~*~ Very Prim Valentine Panda on eBay ~*~

I have a really Primitive 20" Pandas on eBay now. This one is named "Valentino" and he is red & cream in color. He has lots of staining and mending stitches/patches. He would be perfect not just for Valentine's Day, but Christmas and any Patriotic holiday as well.
